The black community faces shortages with the growing number of Sickle-Cell, kidney disease, and other conditions requiring blood and tissue matching.\u00a0 BCRC agreed to partner with H\u00e9ma-Qu\u00e9bec to encourage blacks to give for their community\u2019s needs.
